Security Services.

services with the help of its original investors, which included
Accel Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, Comcast Interactive
Capital, and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Private Equity.
On October 25, 2006 BT
announced that it had acquired Counterpane as part of its growth
strategy and commitment to extend its propositions and capabilities.
